Our guarantee to our students is simple and straightforward:
If you are not satisfied with your TLCC training course(s) for any reason whatsoever TLCC will refund your course fee for a period of up to 14 days from when you purchased your course(s).
As a TLCC student, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call us at 1-888-241-TLCC or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. to let us know. We want your Notes and Domino training experience to be fun, effective and rewarding!
If there’s something we can do to resolve your problem, we’ll be happy to do it. If you have simply decided that our course is not for you, we will process a complete refund.
Rules for Refunds:
- You must notify TLCC within 14 days from the date that you purchased the course.
- All copies of courseware that were installed have been uninstalled from your system. TLCC will require verification of this via our installation/uninstall processes.
- There are no refunds on TLCC's user courses and corporate packages, but, contact us before purchasing to discuss getting an evaluation version.
